Welcome to the SJE School Wiki
The SJE School Wiki is a living, collaborative resource for the SJE community. Launched in 2025, this wiki centralizes key information (policies, calendars, events, programs), preserves our school traditions and best practices, and supports clear, organized communication among parents, teachers, staff, and volunteers. Most pages are available to SJE families with an account — please log in to view content; access is private by design to protect student and family privacy. For help with access, email Matthew Duclos.
About This Project
The SJE School Wiki is a major initiative launched in 2025, designed to build a shared foundation of knowledge, transparency, and collaboration across our school community. Our goal is to make information accessible, accurate, and easy to find — empowering parents, teachers, staff, and volunteers to work together in harmony for the good of our students.
This project began as a way to preserve institutional knowledge, streamline communication, and document important details about school life that often get lost over time — from room parent guidelines and volunteer procedures to fundraising events, committees, and classroom traditions. Over time, it has evolved into a living handbook and historical record of the programs, people, and values that make St. John Eudes School so unique.
Our Mission
To create a transparent, organized, and collaborative resource that strengthens communication between faculty, staff, parents, and parish. The Wiki aims to:
- Centralize information about school policies, events, and programs
- Document best practices for volunteers and committees
- Preserve the traditions, structure, and spirit of the SJE community
- Foster a culture of service, stewardship, and open communication
Who It’s For
The SJE Wiki is intended for:
- Parents and Guardians — to find information, forms, and guidance on volunteering, events, and school procedures
- Teachers and Staff — to document processes, classroom events, and community initiatives
- Room Parents and Committee Chairs — to plan effectively, learn from past experience, and share resources with future volunteers
- Students and Alumni — to understand the school’s traditions, service programs, and opportunities for involvement
Acknowledgments
This project is lovingly designed and managed by Matthew Duclos (Mr. Library) — Librarian & Website Coordinator with the support of the SJE Faculty, Administration, and Room Parent Coordinators.
